The flu is caused by influenza viruses that infect the nose, throat, and lungs. These viruses spread when people with flu cough, sneeze or talk, sending droplets with the virus into the air and potentially into the mouths or noses of people who are nearby.
The cause of this condition is a virus, classified as influenza A, B or C, which mainly affects the respiratory system. Researchers from Israel and around the world have found that Elderberry and other natural products help to fight the flu.
It is also recommended to drink plenty of liquids. Rest and do not eat sugar, white flour or drink milk during this period. They also recommend to take baths putting a few drops of eucalyptus and expectorant aromatic oils or to apply some of these oils on the chest and throat.
In most cases the problem starts in the throat and is where it should be stopped to prevent a bronchial infection.
